Care instructions
Wool products are best maintained by airing them out in humid conditions, as wool is self-cleaning. If needed, wool garments can be washed in a washer using the wool setting and wool detergent. Avoid frequent washing. Localised stains (such as makeup) can be hand washed with soap and water. Steaming is also a great way to refresh your knits. Care for your wool garments by using a clothing brush or lint remover.
Toimitus

We offer free shipping on orders over €200. For other orders, in Finland shipping costs €7.90. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best, and the exact shipping cost will be displayed. You can see shipping costs for international orders at checkout.

You also have the option to pick up your order free of charge from our Helsinki store at Yliopistonkatu 25.

Retuns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you have received the last item in your order.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of cancellation before the period expires, along with the returned package. Please list the products you are returning and the reason for the return on the order form included with the package.

You can return your order free of charge to a PostNord service point using the customer return sheet that came with the order.

We use carefully selected natural materials, and our garments are produced in a total of six sewing and knitting facilities in Finland. In addition, we collaborate with a sewing and knitting facility in Lithuania.
