These shipping and delivery policies are valid from June 1, 2017.

niinmun´design sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to pricing and delivery changes. 

ORDERING 

Products will be ordered in the online store by moving items to the shopping cart and by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested in connection to the order will not be used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for contacting the customer, unless otherwise stated. Upon ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with, and agree to the currently valid terms of delivery. 

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS 

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask that you primarily contact the supplier of the product.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION 

When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will disclose your order information. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting us, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

DELIVERY METHODS AND EXPENSES

Our products have free delivery for orders over €200. Delivery costs (€7.90) include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the delivery cost in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method chosen. You will see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods for the order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping cart and the combined weight of the items. You may choose the desired delivery method at checkout, which will disclose the exact cost of delivery. 

DELIVERY TIME 

We aim to ship orders on the day following the order, if stock is available. Typical delivery time depend on the order, delivery method, and destination address. Exceptions to delivery estimates have been stated if the order contains products that are currently out of stock. Additionally, we will inform the customer of any delays immediately after placing the order. 

niinmun´design is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, or any indirect harm caused by order delays. Exceptions to delivery estimates will be disclosed on the store website. 

PROBLEM SITUATIONS 

In the case of a missing or damaged product, or if the customer is not satisfied with their order for any other reason, niinmun´design must be notified in writing within 14 days by using the address mentioned under Cancellations and returns (below), or by calling the number mentioned above. 
If the package has clearly been damaged in transit, the customer must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of their chosen delivery method.
