CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

The customer has a right to cancel a contract within 14 days. The cancellation deadline ends 14 days after the last parcel or installment of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received. 

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, notice of the use of the Right of withdrawal must be sent to niinmun´design before the Right or withdrawal period has ended. 

Returns Information

Orders include a PostNord return label, which should be securely attached to the package you are returning.

Make sure the barcode is easily readable on a flat surface. You can return your package to any PostNord service point. If you did not receive a return label with your package, please contact us at info@niinmun.fi to receive return instructions.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION 

In the event that a customer returns their entire order, niinmun´design will also refund the delivery costs of the order. Otherwise, if the order amount is less than €200, delivery costs will not be refunded. If the contract is cancelled, niinmun´design will return the payment received without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. The refund will be delivered using the same method the customer chose when placing the order, unless otherwise requested. The refund will be processed in a manner that does not accrue any extra costs for the customer. 

As an exception, orders returned during VIP/campaign sales are charged a processing fee of €5, regardless of whether the order is returned in whole or in part. The processing fee is not charged for exchanges or if the customer brings the return directly to our showroom in Turku (Yliopistonkatu 25).  

The customer must send the return order back without delay and no later than 14 days after sending the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if the customer returns the order before the 14 days after making the cancellation notice have passed. 

The customer is only responsible for such decrease of value, which results from factors other than the necessary processing of the items to determine their nature, properties and functionality. 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS 

Not claiming the order is not considered a refund or cancellation of the order. Unclaimed orders that a cancellation notice has not been filed for will be charged for delivery and return costs.
